Jo-Anne is one of our champions, with the total weight loss of 57kg. She achieved her weight loss goal and reached her normal BMI in 1 year. As her health improved, she became a regular visitor to her local gym and later became a personal trainer. Instead of building excess weight, she built a healthy muscle mass, toning her healthy body further. Thank you, Jo-Anne, for being a role model to our bariatric community!
